The paintings from Zac Retz alone makes it worth it.
I have the first Spider Verse artbook and it is a masterclass in Design Principles for sure.
Back then, when i was enrolled in a videogame project, it made me realize i didnt need to fully render a picture with complex lighting to make it clear on the first read (☞ﾟヮﾟ)☞
I think some of those books may be available in Archive org ?
